Take A Tour of the Latest Exhibition by Jenny Vyas “PURGE”

On Friday May 24th, Jenny Vyas debuted a stunning new collection of work curated by Jacquelyn Trezzo. The exhibition titled “PURGE” took place in the newly remodeled event space on the second floor at Fulton Market Kitchen. As Jenny puts it…

“The exhibit concentrates on shedding negative patterns in our lives.”

Although the exhibition won’t be up for much longer, Artist Replete recently took a private tour. Now for your viewing pleasure… here it is … PURGE

Into the darkness they go. The wise and the lovely.

Our backs tell stories no books have the spine to carry.

The world’s flattery and hypocrisy is a sweet morsel:
eat less of it, for it is full of fire. Its fire is hidden while its
taste is manifest, but its smoke becomes visible in the end.

To be nobody but yourself in a world which is doing its best,
night and day, to make you everybody else.

Your Inner-most dominant thoughts can become your outer-most tangible reality.

Everything that is not me is incomprehensible.

Also featured were a selection of prints and original work from the early stages of Jenny’s career.
Pieces like PATTERNS (above), ENSŌ (below) and FALL (bottom) were scattered within the exhibition.
