Diving deeper into the thought process behind the cloud, Laron examines African American hair in its natural state, finding it to resemble a cloud. The trademark appearance in his work is fueled by beauty, hope, and proper cultural representation. 

Using Afrofuturism, the artist depicts influences from his childhood by adding exaggerated eyes. A style he evolved from a love of comic books."Heroes and Villains lose the pupils in their eyes when they reach the highest level of their super powers." This nuance, found in the majority of his work, symbolizes the highest form of consciousness within an individual.
