Shop with Jenna

My name is Jenna Sabourin, and I’m a writer and art advisor at Artist Replete. My love affair with street art began almost 20 years ago at a skate park in rural Ontario. I vividly remember watching an artist, equipped with a can of red spray paint and a balaclava covering his face, breathe life into an otherwise empty concrete wall. Before long, the police arrived, and the unnamed artist ran off, leaving behind the bones of what I can only imagine was the most beautiful mural to ever (almost) exist. Captivated by the scene that had just unfolded before me, I quickly developed a lifelong fascination with art and the social constructs that shape its perception.

Today's aesthetic trends emphasize authenticity and personal storytelling, resonating with audiences who seek deeper connections with the artwork they collect. I believe that "good art" can be found not only in galleries but also in the streets, telling stories not often heard, which is the exact ethos upon which Artist Replete was founded.

My goal is to connect you with the stories and artists that resonate with you, creating a cohesive narrative throughout your collection that reflects your individual life experience while paying respect to the current art market and trends.

Below are some of my favorite works of art from our collection. Some pay homage to previous pieces throughout history in a meaningful way, while others are by some of my favorite Chicago artists who capture the unique energy and grit of this city through their work.
