WILLIS TOWER MEMBERSHIP CLUB TEMPORARILY OPENS TO THE PUBLIC FOR EXHIBITION FEATURING ACCLAIMED ARTIST JENNY VYAS
Chicago's tallest building, a tourist destination for thrill seekers looking for an incredible view of the city, will temporarily open up a hidden gem to the public. Located on the 67th floor, a members only space known as The Metropolitan, welcomes artist Jenny Vyas. High in the sky, the Chicago creative plans to display a continuation of work from her previous collection known as Awaken.
" Every single one of us struggles with our inner demons that dwell in the dark reaches of our unconscious mind. “Awaken” attempts to have the difficult conversations with our demons that lead to emotional breakthroughs and can forever change the course of our lives. "
In additional to artwork from a rising star during Women's History Month, the event will feature two full bars, a lounge, and a restaurant. The venue, typically accessible only to club members, will be open to the public for this rare occasion.
To RSVP to the 2nd installation of Awaken, located at the Willis Tower, in The Metropolitan, visit the shows Eventbrite link for access. The exhibition will take place on March 10th from 6-9pm and is completely free. Guests are highly encouraged to dress in upscale attire for the event. The venue is allowing a total of 200 RSVP's, which we anticipate will be achieved days before opening evening.
For more information on the event, contact The Metropolitan at 312.876.3200 or at metropolitan@clubcorp.com
Ahhh it’s sold out?? I’ve been meaning to visit this building for FOREVER!! I also visit the art institute weekly. Would anyone have an extra ticket?
Thank you for the opportunity to see JENNY VYAS’s wondrous paintings at a venue with a stupendous view. I would like to also invite 2 or 3 great amigos to go and see this showing. Thanks again. Frank McCarthy
