Artist Replete presents "Surrender" a limited edition fine art print by Chicago based artist E. Lee. Original painted on reclaimed wood in 2016, the piece was so well received that the artist decided to release a limited run print run of the work. Each print is hand signed and numbered by the artist.
Print Details: Archival Colorfast Pigments on 315 GSM 100% cotton archival fine art paper. Optional black frame for a look reminiscent to the original creation.
Stephen Eric Lee, better known as E.LEE, is a full time artist living in Chicago. His work is an exploration into how art moves us emotionally, creates status, and how we assign value to it.
Communicating through popular culture, E.LEE brings flat images to life with an illusion of light and space to tell a story in a new context. Regularly collaborating with other artists and art forms, he creates immersive installations and public work with humor and narrative. Simplification and the viewer’s point of view are driving forces in his work.
E.LEE has exhibited work in Chicago / NY / Atlanta / Miami / Paris / Brisbane and created murals throughout the United States and around the world, including: London, Bristol, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Nagoya, and Osaka.
